Through authentic salted and sweet recipes from Germany, the Chef, that has even more ideas of flavours under his hat, revisits standards to delicately surprise you. Like the Currywurst (sausage specialty sliced as a bite and coated of a spiced-curry sauce), true actor of the Imbiss culture (on the go) from Berlin, presented here in a pure beef and poached version. A bit like a Parisian-style Currywurst !
Mild sauerkraut cooked with apples, kartoffelsalat, Strudel (savoury like sweet), tart with fresh cream cheese, poppy-flavoured cake… The diversity of our offer, pure reflection of the French-German mix that is ours, rests essentially on one idea : to offer a new way of snacking...the hearty snacking.
